Irrigation and sprinkler systems in Orlando, FL

New installs, repairs, redesigns and timer setup for homes across the Orlando area.

A system built around your yard

A sprinkler system is a set of zones, and every zone has a job. Turf in full sun wants a deeper soak. Shrub beds want less. Palms and new plantings have needs of their own. When the zones are laid out with that in mind, the whole yard stays healthy on less water.

Stimulus Irrigation installs new systems, repairs old ones and redesigns layouts that never worked. Customers on Google keep saying the same things about Dwight: he knows the work, he is fair on price and he stands by the quote he gives you.

What we handle

  • New sprinkler systemsZones planned for turf, beds and palms, with the right heads and nozzles for each one.
  • RepairsBroken or stuck heads, cracked lines and fittings, leaking valves and zones that will not turn on or off.
  • RedesignsOld systems reworked when the yard changed, or when the first layout always left dry corners.
  • Timers and rain sensorsControllers replaced or reprogrammed to your watering days, and rain shutoff devices checked or swapped.
  • Well-fed systemsZones split so a well can keep up, and another well leg added when one is not enough.

Signs your system needs a look

Brown patches that come back in the same place every spring. Soggy spots, or puddles that sit for hours. Water landing on the driveway, the walls or the street. Heads that never pop up, or one that sprays like a fountain. A zone that keeps running after the timer says it is done. A water bill that jumped for no reason. Any one of those is worth a call, and most have a simple cause.

A well job, from a customer’s reviewBrandon H. posted this photo with his Google review: the pump and pressure tank, with the ground still open around the well. Dwight had recommended a second well leg, and Brandon wrote that he would have an amazing irrigation system once it was in.

Florida rules your timer should follow

Central Florida water districts set the days you are allowed to water based on your address, and they do not allow landscape watering in the middle of the day, from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Florida law also requires automatic sprinkler systems to have a working rain shutoff device. We set timers to your allowed days and check the rain sensor while we are there, so the system follows the rules without you thinking about it.

Can you fix a system someone else installed?

Yes. Repairs, adjustments and full redesigns of existing systems are a big part of the work, whoever put the system in.

My sprinklers run off a well. Can you help?

Yes. When one well leg cannot keep pressure across every zone, adding another leg is one fix. Dwight recommended exactly that for a customer who wrote his Google review while the new leg went in.

What should I have ready before a visit?

Your address, what the system is doing and, if you know, where the timer and the valve boxes are. A phone photo of the problem helps too.
